    I think it’s interesting that TVNZ’s caché as a news-gatherer has sunk so low that they need to show they get news from other networks in order to substantiate their own claim to be a news provider. That said, I think the TV ad does this well and builds cleverly to something that looks like the Death Star with a TVNZ logo on the end of it. But it feels important and has a sense of stature, and their web site delivers the goods too.
